I'm really getting tired of submitting my art, and it never gets scouted..

Okay, I did a 2009 flash submission it barely made it into newgrounds because it was so crappy, I just drew it and put it together as a demo but never got to finish it (planning on finishing it) so newgrounds finally puts up the art portal, im like HELL YES! IF I'M NOT THAT GOOD IN FLASH YET AT LEAST OTHERS CAN SEE MY ARTWORK?! Wrong... I at least posted good artwork up and it still TIL THIS DAY has not been scouted. I don't know what to do, and its really pissing me off that my art is never out there on this site. I'd really appreciate it if someone had a solution or explain to me what else am I missing so my art can too be up on the front page :l
